Michelle Allen, PMHNP

I have over 40 years of experience working with all ages across the life span, both as an RN and as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. I am excited to be joining the practice at Heritage Mental Health Clinic so I can continue to expand the scope of my practice. I will be offering evaluations, consultations, and medication management services. I have interest and experience in working with those with co-occurring substance use disorders as well.

I believe in a holistic and supportive approach in helping people cope with and manage their symptoms. I also offer education on lifestyle changes in combination with medication management as needed. One of my strengths is forming alliances with clients and families to help them overcome any apprehension about use of psychiatric services. I truly enjoy working with people and helping them become emotionally healthy again.
